By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Store Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content, and we reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and a breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. The words “we”, “us” and “our” on this page are referring to Shields Era, LLC.
General Return Policy
For eligible products, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at boutique@shieldsera.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions to the General Policy)
There are some products or services that are non-refundable, and cannot be returned. They include, but are not limited to downloadable software products, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, magazines), custom products, personal care goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and other products specifically listed as such. In addition, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at boutique@shieldsera.com.
Our Products or Services
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to the applicable return or exchange only policies. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Accuracy Of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
